This doesn't sounds like what I saw in the video. How do we encourage the two to be brought together for a public analysis? Also, how does one go about getting the BPD to repudiate the report if it is in fact a fabrication in comparison to the video?
I didn't hear much audio due to the glass that separated the camera person from the officers. If the victim/suspect DID say what they're reporting here additional force can be justified in the eyes of the PBD and any possible judge this may come in front of.
Is there any other video or publicly documented eye witness accounts that can also be added to the comparison of the video and report?
i just did a frame by frame analysis yesterday and you can hear him if you crank the volume up, he said nothing like this and we are working on exposing the lies and pushing for termination based on davis' public statements that lying on the force is now reason to get fired.
