Wed. Feb. 29 Gov. Patrick hosts Black History Celebration

Wednesday Feb. 29th Gov. Deval L. Patrick will host his final Black History Celebration event.
It will take place at the African-American Meeting House in Beacon Hill from 5:30pm-7:30pm
