Exceptional opportunity to participate in “THE ACTORS LAB”
Bonus : FREE on-camera acting instruction with Carolyn Pickman CSA
Currently accepting headshot and resume submissions from Union and Non-Union actors who would like to participate in an on-camera actors lab with advanced film directing students from Boston University’s College of Communication.
This unique lab will take place AT Boston University as a collaboration between film director / professor Jan Egleson, B.U.’s advanced directing students, casting director Carolyn Pickman, and local actors.
Selected actors will be partnered with directing students to prepare film-scene work. The results will be demonstrated and critiqued in a class situation.
The class is one semester long and meets on TUESDAY evenings between 6:00pm until 9:00pm; September 4th through December 12th.
We are accepting actors who have experience, availability and flexibility for the entire Fall 2012 semester, every Tuesday from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.
In addition to working with B.U. faculty and directing students, participating Actors will be invited to attend an additional, separate 6 hours of on-camera acting/auditioning instruction with Carolyn Pickman during the semester, also at no charge.
