Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, oversees the management of the Max Ulin Memorial Rink. This is a temporary position through approximately August 31, 2013, with possible extension depending on facility contract renewal or extension. Responsible for rink operations including: maintenance of facility; hiring and supervision of rink staff; development and management of budget; customer and community relations; supervision of contractors and vendors; safety management; compliance with all applicable statutory regulations; contractual compliance. Also responsible for all marketing and sales of ice time, and the development of programs and revenue. Works closely with both the Curry College Director of Buildings and Grounds, and the Director of Athletics, to maintain a high quality facility and program. Position is full-time, year-round.
Requirements:
We require 5 + years of Ice Rink management or related experience. Associate’s degree expected, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
