City Hall Hearing on Diversity… Drama

Yesterday, Tuesday Dec. 18th, Boston City Councillor Charles Yancey held a hearing on diversity within the City of Boston. The hearing was chaired by Councillor Charles Yancey who was joined by Councillor Tito Jackson. Felix Arroyo made a last minute appearance and Stephen Murphy walked into the session for approx. 2 minutes and then left. No other Councillors were present. Only Councillors Ayanna Pressley and John Connolly sent staff to attend, all other Councillors did not attend and did not send staff.

The hearing was pretty routine until Corporation Counsel William F. Sinnott had an unexpected outburst towards the end of the hearing. Read more below for full details and video…
