JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The Program Supervisor has direct overall supervisory responsibility for the Fall River Women’s Residential Program. She/he will ensure the Program operates within the established budgetary guidelines. The Program Supervisor will direct, supervise Program staff, prepare employee performance appraisals, make recommendations for hiring, promoting, terminating of assigned staff as well as recommending merit increases and resolving grievance and disciplinary problems. She/he will direct and supervise assigned personnel on case consultation of clients, provide in-service training opportunities, and conduct regularly scheduled staff meetings.
He/she will develop and monitor staff scheduling, have direct supervisory responsibility for Quality Assurance of program records, prepare reports assigned by the Executive Director as required by local, state and federal authorities, and participate in outside meetings to coordinate and benefit program services. He/she will schedule and perform pre-interviews for incoming clients into the program.
He /She will coordinate all program services and act as community liaison for the Program. He/she will perform quality assurance procedures for all services provided to ensure program meets and operates within established Federal, State, and local laws. Duties require the ability to make decisions with high levels of concentration.

EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a human service or related field or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required. Current Massachusetts LADC I OR II License or License eligible preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Over three years up to and including five years of related work experience in the field and one to three years previous supervisory experience is required.
A working knowledge of computers is required. EOE/AA
