Due to the hard work and efforts of young community activist Leon Rivera the infamous bridge at Ceylon St. is finally getting fixed and lighted properly. Salute to Leon Rivera and all those community members who called, emailed and petitioned elected officials and others to make this happen for the community. The bridge will ultimately be safer for elderly, women and youth and enhance the community. Let’s make sure that the bridge is maintained, lights stay on and bridge is shoveled in the winter.
