The Blackstonian joined over 40 members of EPOCA at the MA State House to lobby Legislators who are members of the Conference Committee currently reviewing the Habitual Offender Bill aka 3 Strikes Law (S. 2059/H. 3811) in its final step before heading to the Office of Gov. Deval Patrick for passage into law. If passed, this law will have a devastating impact on communities of color across the Commonwealth.
