Welcome to “Thangz-2-Do!!”, the monthly e-newsletter providing information of cultural arts (poetry, theatre, comedy, etc.), as well as several other info to keep people in the loop that includes a link for daily Black History facts. (http://www.yenoba.com) and R.I.P. for those that passed away.

Also,Boston’s longest-running open mic gathering commonly known as VerBaLizAtiOn , will be happening on the first and third Wednesday for the month of November only. On November 6th, we are celebrating 14-years of bringing open mic nights to the community. Our featured poet will be none other than the amazing Neiel Israel. The following VerB on November 20th will present the legendary griot Askia M. Toure.

Finally, the film series “Afro-Cinema” is back on November 23rd at Hibernian Hall as we will show the documentary “Standing In The Shasdows Of Motown”.
