Position Description:
This senior executive is the key leader and driver of theYMCA of Greater Boston’s Child Care Development, Out of School Time, Infant & Toddler Youth Development programs. This executive will ensure the successful operation of all facets of these programs including curriculum, quality standards, outcomes and measurements, staffing, supervision, program development, volunteer recruitment, financial development, community relations, collaborations, budgeting and financial results. Additionally, this executive will drive and influence the creation and implementation of partnerships and policy at the state and local level. We see this person as an expert in the field with a proven track record of driving quality results in a dynamic and multi-faceted organization.
