Job Description
This is a 10 month position. The Dover-Sherborn Public Schools serves approximately 2,100 students from the Towns of Dover and Sherborn. The METCO Coordinator is responsible for the organization, supervision and evaluation of the METCO Program Grades K-12 with an enrollment of forty students. The goal of the Coordinator is to insure the smooth functioning of a program whereby minority pupils from an urban setting participate in an education program in a suburban school system.

Job Requirements Experience and demonstrated leadership skill as a supervisor or administrator – preferably in education. 3-5 years of demonstrated experience working with urban children and families of color; preferably in an academic setting or community agency. Ability to relate to minority students and families. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literate.
At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
Master degree preferred
Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
