Violence Puts A Dark Cloud On Carnival’s Sunny Day
I was a beautiful day in the city for The Boston Carnival. Unfortunately shootings injured several and killed one. Dawn Jaffier, 26, was shot in the head while celebrating J’ouvert at approximately 8 am on Saturday morning and pronounced dead after arrival at Boston Medical Center.
