A political cartoon in Wednesday’s Boston Herald is raising eyebrows and has people calling the newspaper “racist.”
The cartoon depicts President Barack Obama brushing his teeth in the bathroom of the White House, as the man recently accused of storming the building and getting past Secret Service security washes himself in the bathtub to the President’s surprise.

I read hundreds of articles every month and post the ones that catch my eye. often when posting herald articles it is not in support of their brand of publishing but rather for us to look at it and do some media analysis. That’s the part I can respond to rationally… the other stuff is real simple and basic. I don’t know what a poverty pump is but I will assume you mean poverty pimp, which is one who makes money off of the misery of others. I make no money. Your claim is dismissed. Half white man? Do you mean me? Oh I see because I am light skinned you assume I am so-called “mixed”. Wrong again. I am Black (American), Jamaican, Cape Verdean and Native American. Not aware of any white blood in my immediate line but I am sure down the line the slave master crept in the quarters somewhere in my family and infected me with this light skin that people like you try to use to question my blackness.
Side note: FYI Jesus was not white.
I do promote cookery however as I love to cook and you should try some of my recipes. Maybe you would like a knuckle sammich?
