According to Universal Hub, there were two near shootings last night in Dorchester and Mattapan but no one was hit. At approximately 10:45 pm there were reports of shots fired on Edson St. Two cars were dmaged and police found a magazine of live ammunition. About an hour later a man was shot at repeatedly at Stanford and Sturbridge streets in Mattapan by someone driving “a gray, 1990s Honda hatchback with a loud aftermarket muffler.” He fired off several rounds, circled around and fired again but he did not hit anyone.
