You MUST bring one prepared dish to be served to the food judges. You will be given a few minutes to plate your dish at the given casting location, but there will not be a kitchen to cook or warm it up so come prepared! Don’t forget to download the application below and bring it with you to the open call. 1. Pre-register your profile and pick your open call location in advance (PRE-REGISTER HERE: http://www.masterchefcasting.com/web/apply).
2. Download the application form (HERE:http://www.masterchefcasting.com/uploads/documents/app.pdf) and bring it with you to an open call.
3. Bring your food/ingredients to be finished and plated once you enter the audition room. NOTE: There will NOT BE a kitchen to cook or warm up your dish so come prepared!
