POSITION TITLE: Seasonal Marketing Intern
DEPARTMENT: Marketing (Lynn, MA)
REPORTS TO: VP Customer ＆ Market Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities:
Market Research
• Survey report generation (deeper dives, especially on branch NPS study)
• Data entry on any paper surveys (EWM, Retail, etc.)
• Inputting initial surveys (with training on tool)
• Assist is qualitative research projects (focus group logistics)
• Routine survey reporting/updating into established templates
• Researching customer experience best practices white papers, reports
• Special projects (TBD)
Product Management
• Survey report generation (deeper dives, especially on branch NPS study)

• Drafting initial surveys (with training on tool)
Web
• Help with search engine optimization key word research
Qualifications:
• Self-starter; able to work well without constant direction
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint proficiency required)
• Previous marketing skills/courses strongly preferred
• Communications, Marketing, Business Administration majors preferred
Education/Experience:
• Candidate must be enrolled in a two or four year accredited college/university.
Time Commitment:
• Fall semester, up to 20 hours a week, hours flexible Monday-Friday 8-5. Beginning September
