MA & Saggy Pants: This Takes ‘Fashion Police’ to a Whole New Level

A little-known law in Massachusetts involving openly “lewd and lascivious behavior” is the lynchpin of a new war on saggy pants from the Black Mental Health Alliance of Massachusetts (BMHAM). BMHAM is trying to use this law—which says we can arrest, fine and even imprison someone for “gross” public exposure—to crack down on people who wear their pants too low.

Mo Cowan to be appointed interim Senator by Gov. Patrick

former Gov. Patrick Chief of Staff Mo Cowan to be appointed as interim Senator to replace Sen. John Kerry. This temporary appointment will last until the special election, proposed for June 25th with a primary proposed for April 30th. This interim appointment includes the benefit that Cowan will be ensured life-time access to the senate floor among other perks.
